Daniella Rae Beltrami is a professional dancer, choreographer, actress, and creative entrepreneur based in Vancouver. With over 20 years of experience in the performing arts, Daniella’s career spans across multiple disciplines, including ballet, contemporary, jazz, lyrical, and street styles, such as house, hip hop, vogue, popping and locking. She began her dance journey at the age of two in Saskatchewan and honed her craft in Toronto at 16, before expanding her horizons through extensive training in Los Angeles, New York City, and London.
Having studied exclusively with industry legends like Rhapsody James and Nico Annan in Motivating Excellence, Daniella's dance career has taken her across Canada, the U.S., and Europe. Most recently, she was a featured dancer on the international stage in London, working on the highly anticipated Wicked film, performing alongside Ariana Grande and Cynthia Erivo. Daniella’s global reach also includes teaching throughout London and the EU, further establishing herself as a leader in the dance community.
Daniella’s professional credits span a wide range of projects, including the feature films 13: The Movie, Work It, Grand Army, and Utopia Falls— working with renowned choreographers such as, Tanisha Scott, Jamal Simms, Aakkomon Jones, and Mandy Moore. She has also worked on high-profile television productions such as Zoey’s Extraordinary Playlist, Ted Talk, and Choreographers Ball, as well as numerous music videos and commercials across Canada. Notably, Daniella was recently selected from a nationwide audition to join Snoop Dog on his ‘Cali to Canada Tour’ as one of his main female dancers. Most recently, she has also brought her own choreography to life on stage at Vancouver’s Main Event at The Vogue Theatre.
In addition to her artistic pursuits, Daniella is the founder and director of a successful pre-professional and professional dance program based in Vancouver, ‘The Way You Move’, where she mentors the next generation of dancers. Her program focuses on a holistic approach to dance, combining technique with creativity and professional development, ensuring dancers are well-equipped for both stage and screen careers.
A passionate advocate for the power of dance, storytelling, and community, Daniella is known for her open-minded approach and commitment to fostering connections within the creative world. As a multidisciplinary artist, she continues to inspire and shape the future of dance through her work, her mentorship, and her commitment to excellence.
